Delivery

Delivery is free for purchases over R1ooo.

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been  dispatched and it should be delivered to you within 2-4 working days thereafter.

Deliveries to rural areas may take slightly longer.

We can not be held take responsible for delays caused by courier companies. 

Returns and exchanges

You will need to notify us within 10 days of purchase and your reason for return. We will then need to receive the garment within 5 days of return approval. 

1. The garment must be in the original condition , including unworn and unwashed.
   
2. Proof of purchase needs to be provided
   
3. Tags attached
   

You will be  responsible for the shipping  cost of sending the item back unless it is defected.

We will notify you once we have received the garment and inspected that it is in the original condition.

We do not offer cash refunds, but will exchange the item , or offer a credit note that is valid for 6 months.

Items that are on sale or on promotion are not valid for return
